Fall Volleyball League Details

League Location

Due to HIGH DEMAND, we are now offering two league locations for Fall Volleyball:

Donelson : Donelson Christian Academy (300 Danyacrest Dr, Nashville, TN)
East Nashville : East End Prep (1460 McGavock Pk, Nashville, TN)

Important Dates

Early Registration Deadline: Sunday July 19, 2026

Registration Deadline: Sunday August 9, 2026

Season Start Date: Sunday August 23, 2026

Season Dates: Games played on Sunday afternoons between 1-6pm, No games Labor Day weekend.

NEW: We WILL have playoffs for all divisions on the final day of the season on September 28 with winning teams in each division receiving medals

Registration Cost

EARLY Registration Cost: $140 / child

* NOTE: You must register and pay in full by the early registration deadline to receive the discounted price!

Registration Cost: $165 / child

Late Registration Fee:

Any league fees paid AFTER the Registration Deadline will incur a $20 Late Registration Fee. This additional fee will be added to the registration cost for your child, and is determined by the date you paid – not by the date you submitted the registration form.

Scholarships: We have a limited number of partial scholarships available. You must be registered and paid before the early registration deadline ends to receive the scholarship rate. Any registrations NOT paid before the early registration deadline will LOSE the scholarship rate and pay the full registration price to be placed on a team.

Grades & Divisions

Grades: 5th through 9th grade girls (4th grade are welcome, but would play up)

Divisions: We plan to split into 3 divisions, by grade/competitive level:

5th grade (4th grade are welcome but would be playing up)
6th-7th grade
8th-9th grade

Practices & Coaching

This is an instructional league. Our goal is for your daughter to walk away after six weeks with a basic understanding of the game and the fundamentals of the sport.

Every team will be given a 1.5 hour slot on Sundays for games (estimated times are 1230-2, 2-330p, 330-5p, 5-630p). Teams will have roughly 30 minutes to practice and develop skill and the following hour the girls will play a game.

Uniforms are not included, but you may request jerseys for $25 each
